Sa isang tweet, inilarawan ng Pangulo ang Philippines-US relations bilang  “deep connection… built on the foundation of trust and collaboration.”

“As allies, let us continue to stand together, embracing the values of democracy, freedom, and equality, forging a path towards a more prosperous and inclusive future for all,”  anito.

Ayon sa mahusay at mabait public servant, “meron kaming special anniversary celebration sa SM Novaliches this July 16 to celebrate our anniversary.

“Ito yung fans club ko ever since. My solid fans established it noong JULY 4, 2005, panahon ng Encantadia. They have supported ever since kahit noong baguhan pa lang ako.

“They believed in me anuman ang panahon. From 20 members noong simula, ngayon 40k members na.” Dagdag pa ng Kapuso actor na huling napanood top-rating afternoon series na ‘AraBella’, “later on, nag-evolve na rin into a community volunteer organization na siya, na tumutulong sa mga nangangailangan.

“May mga yearly projects kami like zumbayan, linis-barangay, youth concert, leadership trainings, medical missions, at marami pang iba. “Swerte ako dahil meron talaga akong supporters na nandyan para sa akin through my ups and downs in life.”

“Yes. Super enjoy ko mag-host,” maagap niyang tugon.

“Maraming hindi nakakaalam, I’m always invited to host different kinds of events. I love celebrating special moments and gatherings ng mga tao.

“I’m also a trainer din kasi. I train young leaders and aspiring professionals who want to excel in their respective fields.”

Pagsi-share pa niya tungkol sa pagiging host, “I learned hosting from none other than, THE BOY ABUNDA. I was part of the first batch of his hosting workshop.

One of his lessons, I remember, is that if you want to be a good host, you must first become a good and genuine listener… pakinggan mo ang taong kausap mo at dun mo makikita ang puso niya.”

Ano naman ang feeling na nominated siya bilang ‘Darling of The Press’? “Actually nagulat ako. Di ko expected. I’m grateful na ma-recognize this way by being nominated,” pahayag ng aktor na mahusay talaga ang pakikitungo sa press people, mula noong hanggang ngayon.

“Para sa akin, family na rin talaga ang mga press friends ko whom i met along the way in my 20++ years in showbiz. Through thick and thin talaga nakasama ko kayo. From beginning until now. Grabe senti nako,” pag-amin pa niya. “I would never be where I am today if it were not for the friends who helped me along the way. Kayo ‘yun.

“Personal ang relationship ko with most of the press. Masarap kasi sila kasama at sasabihin nila sa ‘yo ang totoo and they will look after you. Pahabol pa ni Alfred, “for those who know me talaga, alam nila na kung sino ako noong nag-uumpisa ako, I’m still the same Alfred na kilala nila ngayon.

“I’m not at all perfect pero I always adhere to the lessons and principles my parents taught me.”

Pagkukuwento pa niya, “‘yung husay niya at talento, highest level talaga. And she’s very professional. Walang naging any aberya during the whole shoot.

“I’m thinking na nga of doing another project with her next year kung pwede. Ganun ka-okay.”

“It was a magical experience for me as an artist.

Posted on: July 7th, 2023 by @peoplesbalita No Comments

“It will be starting as a general hospital and then (it will) move up to a children’s hospital, and then a cardiac specialty, then the kidney specialty,” ani Herbosa.

“It will just be like what we have in the North Triangle of Quezon City, wherein you have all the different specialties, and (this time) it will be in that corridor in Clark. That will cover Central and Northern Luzon cases of heart, lung, kidney, and even cancer,” aniya pa rin.

“Many of these places that have been built through the sin tax money have now eye centers, dermatology centers, cancer centers but it’s not getting the news. But the services are now available to people outside Metro Manila,” ayon kay Herbosa.

“We’re harnessing the private sector. I’d like to commend the private sector—they’ve been helping us a lot, reaching out, (saying) that they’re willing to help. The government alone can’t do it. The private sector also has a role in improving our health services and specialty services,” ani Herbosa. (Daris Jose)

‘Love the Philippines’ slogan mananatili – DOT

Posted on: July 7th, 2023 by @peoplesbalita No Comments

“I think that is evident,” maikling sagot niya sa press.

Posted on: July 6th, 2023 by @peoplesbalita No Comments

Sa pagsisimula ng post ng aktor, Hello Manila Ocean Park, I am making this post for the safety of your customers and for the welfare and security of Manila Ocean Park.

“Yesterday, July 2, we visited Ocean park with my family. We were 2 cars and since it was a hectic day, we brought a driver with us. As he brought us to the drop off area where my parents were waiting for us, everything went smoothly and I instructed our driver to head to the parking area of Ocean Park and rest for a while.

“While we were inside, our driver took a nap and turned off the engine of the car.

Pagpapatuloy niya, “A little later, two cars parked in front of him, and out came seven individuals, 5 of them male and 2 female. They started circling around the car, slowly peeping inside. obviously looking for something. Our driver got nervous and started to fake his sleep, but he was slowly watching them.

“He heard from one of the men, saying, “may tao ba? May makukuha ba?” Which the woman replied, “meron pala, natutulog.”

“They started to exchange looks kung itutuloy nila o hindi. But then chose to drive away nalang.”

Kaya ang laking pasasalamat ni Rocco sa kanilang driver, “If my driver wasn’t there, basag ang windows ko niyan, kinuha na lahat ng valuables sa loob lalo na at kitang kita na maraming baby stuff inside.

“If pumalag ang driver ko, most probably may baril ang mga lalaki na de kotse pa.”

Paglilinaw pa niya, “Posting this not to bash ocean park. But please, bump up your security. Increase roving around the parks inside and outside the park. Please invest on your security, lalo na maraming tourists na dumadalaw sa park and hotels.

“Napakswerte namin nung araw na iyon. I was supposed to withdraw some money and lock in in the compartment. Buti nalang hindi ko tinuloy. Kapag napagtripan kami, at nabuksan yun, goodbye pera.”

Paaala pa ng aktor, “For the families visiting Manila Ocean Park, PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES INSIDE YOUR CAR. Mabuksan man nila, basta wala sila makuha na valuables.

“Stay safe everyone.

“Ang laki laki ng kinikita niyo Ocean Park, invest naman kayo in safe parking spaces and number of security guards.
“Stay safe everyone.”

Posted on: July 6th, 2023 by @peoplesbalita No Comments

Tinawag ito ng Pangulo bilang “an act as being tantamount to economic sabotage.”

Sinabi ng Pangulo na “I have just given instructions to the DOJ and the NBI to initiate an investigation into the hoarding, smuggling (and) price fixing of agricultural commodities. And this is stemming from the hearing that we’ve conducted in the House, specifically by Congresswoman Stella Quimbo and the findings that they came up with.”

Stella Quimbo, pinangunahan ang  Committee on Agriculture and Food hearings sa Mababang Kapulungan ng Kongreso, sinabi nito na *substantial evidence has been uncovered pointing to the existence of an onion cartel as she shed light on the causes behind the surge in onion prices in 2022.

“And that is why we are going to be very, very strict about finding these people and making sure that they are brought to justice,” ayon sa Punong Ehekutibo.

“The hearings highlighted the sharp increase in onion prices starting in July 2022, attributed to a perceived shortage of supply. However, data from the Department of Agriculture Bureau of Plant Industry revealed only a modest shortage of approximately 7.56 percent in 2022, which could not justify the significant inflation rates reaching 87 percent in December of that year,” ayon sa ulat.

“This led to the examination of an alternative explanation: cartel activity. The cartel allegedly engaged in price-fixing through manipulation of stocks, leveraging control over cold storage facilities,” ayon pa rin sa ulat.

“Isa sa inirekomendang aksyon ni  Quimbo para tugunan ang usapin  “effectively is the dismantling of the cartel with the help of the DOJ, the NBI and the Philippine Competition Commission. ” (Daris Jose)

Lithuanian player tumutulong sa Gilas

Posted on: July 6th, 2023 by @peoplesbalita No Comments
“There’s a lot of room for growth and improvement for the next two months. Defensively, he’s a fundamental coach, teaches good foundation on defense. He can give us other things that can help us moving forward,” ani Reyes.
“We got to fix up (our transition) and get back on defense to make sure we know exactly what we want to do. He (Sirvydis) coaches in one of the club teams in Lithuania and has coached internationally in Kazakhstan with Astana. More importantly, I like his philosophies defensively,” dagdag ni Reyes.
“The better our defense becomes, the better our offense as well cause if we defend really well in practice, we can be sharp in our offense as well,” wika pa ni Reyes.
“I like the situation where we don’t know we will be playing so that we can be adjust, which is a test of our adaptability and our flexibility. And helps us in our ability to make game time adjustments and game time decisions,” dagdag ni Reyes.

El Niño nagsimula na – PAGASA

Posted on: July 6th, 2023 by @peoplesbalita No Comments

Posted on: July 6th, 2023 by @peoplesbalita No Comments

“Yes, actually, this was one of his first instructions to me, to really get out of the COVID pandemic,” ayon kay Herbosa sa  briefing sa Malakanyang nang tanungin kung masigasig ang Pangulo na bawiin ang health emergency.

At nang tanungin kung magpapalabas ang Pangulo ng executive order ukol dito, sinabi ni Herbosa na hinihintay pa niya ang Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) resolution mula sa kanyang predecessor.

“So, if that is not yet signed, I will follow it up with a reiteration. Because I think, at that time, they were still hesitant because there was still the problem of how we get the bivalent if we lift it. But now, I think that obstacle is gone, kasi may CPR (certificate of product registration) na tayo and everything,” ani Herbosa.

“What happens now,  is that the risk is passed on to individuals especially after the World Health Organization (WHO) removed COVID-19 from the list of public health emergencies of international concern,” dagdag na wika nito sabay sbaing “WHO now considers COVID-19 as one of the diseases and even the doctors now also consider it as just one of the respiratory illnesses.”

“There is still the risk of death for vulnerable people which is the elderly and those with medical conditions, immunocompromised. But the number of deaths has really declined,” lahad pa ni Herbosa.

“But with Pfizer being given a CPR by the Philippine Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the bivalent vaccines are now going to be commercially available,” ayon sa Kalihim sabay sabing  “There is delay, however, as Pfizer is looking for the retailers that have the minus 7-degree freezers required for storage.”

“I don’t know how Pfizer will do this but, eventually, it will require a physician’s prescription and then you can purchase it from them and you can also get access to bivalent vaccines,” ayon kay Herbosa.

“But for the poor, we’re still negotiating with COVAX for two million doses so that we can still be able to give to those who cannot afford to buy the bivalent,” dagdag na wika nito.

at nananatiling balido bilang  booster doses bagama’t “most of the demand now is the bivalent vaccines” dahil sa kanilang efficacy o pagiging epektibo laban sa pinakabagong COVID variants. (Daris Jose)
