Pinas, kinondena ang ballistic missiles na inilunsad ng North Korea

NAKIISA  ang gobyerno ng PIlipinas sa mga member states ng Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) sa pagkondena  sa ginawang paglulunsad ng  North Korea intercontinental ballistic missile patungo sa dagat ng Japan.

Ang pahayag na ito ni Pangulong Ferdinand  Marcos Jr. ay bago ang kanyang naging talumpati sa isinagawang pulong ng  Asia Zero Emission Community (AZEC) leaders sa Prime Minister’s Office sa Tokyo, Japan.

“We join Japan, together with the rest of the ASEAN, in condemning the continued threat that the launching [of] ballistic missiles by the DPRK [Democratic People’s Republic of Korea] represents,” ayon kay Pangulong Marcos.

Winika pa ng Pangulo na ang naging aksyon ng  North Korea ay magpapahina sa rehiyon at sa buong global community.

“As we speak on economic progress in our region, we found these aspirations on a peaceful and stable Indo-Pacific Region. So, such dangerous and provocative actions by the DPRK threaten and destabilize the region and the world,” aniya pa rin.

Napaulat na nagpaputok ang North Korea ng long-range ballistic missile, na umano’y nahulog sa karagatan sa kanluran ng Hokkaido, ayon sa coast guard ng Japan. (Daris Jose)
