MAHIGIT 5,700 Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) mula sa Northern Mindanao ang tumanggap ng Emancipation Patents (EPs), Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CLOAs), electronic titles (E-titles), at Certificates of Condonation and Release of Mortgage (CoCRoMs) sa isang seremonya na pinangunahan ni Agrarian Reform Secretary Conrado M.
