UMABOT sa 272 trainees ang nakatanggap ng kanilang certificates matapos makakumpleto ang various tech-voc courses na alok ng Navotas Vocational Training and Assessment (NAVOTAAS) Institute.
Kabilang sa mga nagtapos ang 47 completed Bread and Pastry Production NC II; 20, Food and Beverage Services NC II; 24, Automotive Servicing NC I; 22, Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NC II, 20, Housekeeping NC II; at 43, Barista NC II.
Ang Language at culture classes ay nagkaroon din ng mataas na partisipasyon, kung saan 33 ang nagtapos ng Japanese at 63 nakatapos ng Korean.
Binigyang-diin ni Congressman Toby Tiangco ang epekto ng edukasyon at skills training sa pagpapasigla ng pamilyang Navoteños.
“Education and skills are the foundation of development—not just for individuals, but for the entire city,” ani kongresista.

“Even now, we are planning new courses to meet the evolving demands of industries,” pahayag ni Mayor Tiangco.
