Posted on: June 16th, 2022 by @peoplesbalita No Comments

“But now since the mass public transport is back to 100 percent capacity and face-to-face class is about to resume in a couple of weeks, we know that many students might use these e-bikes and e-scooters. We just want to promote road safety,” ayon kay Nuñez.

“Users must also bring their driver’s license should they operate this type of vehicle,” dagdag na pahayag ni Nuñez sabay sabing “The road operation of e-vehicles and e-scooters and e-bikes… must be limited to bicycle lanes, barangay roads, and they must always give the right of way to the incoming traffic. They’re not allowed to pass through in the middle of major thoroughfares.”

“E-bikes and e-scooters are allowed to pass national roads for purposes of crossing only,” aniya pa rin.

“The Department of Transportation has expanded the bike lane network in parts of the country,” ayon kay Nuñez.

“We don’t want to really ban this type of vehicle. We only ask for proper discipline and being cautious really on the use of e-vehicles and to know their road limitations,” aniya pa rin. (Daris Jose)

Sen.

Posted on: June 16th, 2022 by @peoplesbalita No Comments

WALANG  plano si Senator-elect Robin Padilla na bitawan ang nais niyang Senate committee on constitutional amendments and revision of codes.

Solante

Posted on: June 16th, 2022 by @peoplesbalita No Comments

” Dito, nakikita natin ngayon with the report of the BA.4, BA.5 entry including BA.2.12.1, na kapag pumapasok ito sa bansa natin, talagang we would expect na mayroong mga uptick of cases. But if you look at the 300 plus cases, it’s not something to worry about, something to be of concern,” ayon kay Solante.

“Alam naman natin kung paano ito masugpo at ma-control and we have had experience before with more virulent and more highly transmissible variants of concern like the Delta or the Alpha,” dagdag na pahayag nito.

“So, we just have to monitor the cases and again, ang pinakaimportante ngayon is we need to maintain our mask mandate, the health protocol and isama na rin natin na sana with these number of cases ay mapalago natin ang first booster sa general population which is for me,  very important with the Omicron lineages,” lahad nito. “Minions: The Rise of Gru” Traces Pre-villain Gru Long Before He Became the Master of Evil

Posted on: June 15th, 2022 by @peoplesbalita No Comments

FROM the biggest global animated franchise in history, comes the origin story of how the world’s greatest supervillain first met his iconic Minions, forged cinema’s most despicable crew and faced off against the most unstoppable criminal force ever assembled in Minions: The Rise of Gru.

Minions: The Rise of Gru traces pre-villain Gru long before he became the master of evil. We first see Gru (Oscar® nominee Steve Carell) as a 12-year-old boy in 1970s suburbia, plotting to take over the world from his basement which is not going particularly well.

When Gru crosses paths with the Minions, including Kevin, Stuart, Bob, and Otto—a new Minion sporting braces and a desperate need to please—this unexpected family joins forces. Together, they build their first lair, design their first weapons, and strive to execute their first missions.

At a young age, Gru has always wanted to join the supervillain supergroup called the Vicious 6. When its legendary martial arts fighter Wild Knuckles (Oscar® winner Alan Arkin)— Gru, their most devoted fanboy, finds a way to the interview to become their newest member.

The Vicious 6 is not impressed by the diminutive, wannabe villain, but then Gru outsmarts (and enrages) them, and he suddenly finds himself the mortal enemy of the apex of evil. With Gru on the run, the Minions attempt to master the art of kung fu to help save him, and Gru discovers that even bad guys need a little help from their friends.

Featuring more spectacular action than any film in Illumination history and packed with the franchise’s signature subversive humor, Minions: The Rise of Gru stars a thrilling new cast, including, the Vicious 6: Taraji P. Henson as cool and confident leader Belle Bottom, whose chain belt doubles as a lethal disco-ball mace; Jean-Claude Van Damme as the nihilistic Jean Clawed, who’s armed (literally) with a giant robotic claw; Lucy Lawless as Nunchuck, whose traditional nun’s habit hides her deadly nun-chucks; Dolph Lundgren as Swedish roller-skate champion Svengeance, who dispenses his enemies with spin kicks from his spiked skates; and Danny Trejo as Stronghold, whose giant iron hands are both a menace to others and a burden to him.

The film also stars Russell Brand as Young Dr. Nefario, an aspiring mad scientist, Michelle Yeoh as Master Chow, an acupuncturist with mad kung fu skills, and Oscar® winner Julie Andrews as Gru’s maddeningly self-absorbed mom.

From Illumination and Universal Pictures International, Minions: The Rise of Gru opens in local cinemas nationwide on June 29.

Posted on: June 15th, 2022 by @peoplesbalita No Comments

“This is to secure and guard the integrity of all documents so that we cannot influence the investigation,” ayon kay Belgica.

Ayon naman sa Ombudsman mayroong malakas na ebidensya laban sa mga respondent na inireklamo ng grave misconduct, gross neglect of duty at conduct prejudicial to the best interest of the service na maaaring magresulta sa kanilang pagkatanggal sa serbisyo.

“Thus, in order to secure the documents and to prevent possible harassment of witnesses and considering that their continued stay in office may prejudice the case filed against them, they are hereby placed under preventive suspension for a period of six months,” sabi ng utos ng Ombudsman.

Posted on: June 15th, 2022 by @peoplesbalita No Comments

Posted on: June 15th, 2022 by @peoplesbalita No Comments

Posted on: June 15th, 2022 by @peoplesbalita No Comments

“Nag-e-enjoy lang din ako with the competition, siyempre. I’m enjoying myself. This is my comfort zone, playing in the PBA with everyone,” sabi ng veteran playmaker.

“You never see him go to eat in any fast food or anything like that. I mean, he really takes care of himself,” sabi ni Cone.
