Writ of Kalikasan filed in connection with the harmful effects to the environment of ghost flood control project – 16OCT25

THE Supreme Court en banc issued a resolution dated Sept. 30, 2025 in the case of Atty. Edna Pana, Atty. Antonio Enrile Inton, Jr., et al vs. the Office of the President represented by Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. et al (G.R. No E-02381).

REQUIRE the respondents to comment thereon within 10 days from notice.

A group of lawyers and environmentalists filed on Sept. 11, 2025, a petition for a Writ of Kalikasan with the Supreme Court in connection with the harmful effects to the environment caused by ghost flood control programs.

Also, respondents are ALL project contractors doing and awarded flood control projects.

Atty. Antonio Enrile Inton, Jr. and Atty. Noel Valerio of the ENRILE INTON LAW OFFICES are the lawyers of the petitioners.
