Watch ‘Violet Evergarden: Eternity and the Auto Memory Doll’ in Select Cinemas

THE fantasy anime film Violet Evergarden: Eternity and the Auto Memory Doll is now showing in select cinemas nationwide.

Cinemas are allowed to operate at 50 percent capacity in modified general community quarantine (MGCQ) areas.

The Japanese animation film is a side-story of Violet Evergarden, based on the popular anime series. The series is based on an award-winning light novel series.

In Violet Evergarden: Eternity and the Auto Memory Doll Violet (voiced by Yui Ishikawa), an Auto Memory Doll (someone who assists in writing) arrives at an exclusive girls’ academy with the unusual task of being a ‘tutor’ to Isabella York (Minako Kotobuki), who is effectively a prisoner there based on a contract of sorts with her father.
