Top junior surfers sasabak sa World Surf League sa La Union

SASALANG ang mga top junior surfers sa prestihiyosong 2026 World Surf League (WSL) World Junior Championships Presented by Purefoods and Magnolia sa Urbiztondo Beach sa La Union sa Linggo.

Ilan dito ay sina Championship Tour rookie Bella Kenworthy, Lukas Skinner at Laura Raupp.
“I’m very excited to be here,” sabi ng 17-anyos na si Kenworthy. “This place is super special. The wave is super fun.”

Kabuuang 48 best ju­nior surfers ang mag-aa­gawan sa korona.
Ang top two men at top two women mula sa pi­­tong global regions ng WSL ay makakasama ng 10 wildcards per gender kung saan ang bawat isa ay Challenger Series or Qualifying Series (QS) standouts.

Ang mga mananalo sa event na itinataguyod ng Philippines Sports Commission, SMC Infrastructure Inc. at BMEG/Nutrichunks ang makakasama sa 2026 Challenger Series para sa tsansang makalahok sa 2027 CT.
