Top 8 MWP at Chinese National, nadakma ng Valenzuela police

LAGLAG sa selda ang dalawang wanted persons, kabilang ang isang Chinese national matapos malambat ng pulisya sa magkahiwalay na manhunt operations sa Bulacan at Valenzuela City.

          Ayon kay Valenzuela City Police Chief P/Col. Nixon Cayaban, ikinasa ng mga operatiba ng Warrant and Subpoena Section (WSS) sa pangunguna ni P/Lt. Jaime Abarrientos ang pagtugis kay alyas “Jay-Jay”, 34, mototaxi driver at nakatala bilang Top 8 MWP sa Lungsod ng Valenzuela.

Dakong alas-6:40 ng Martes ng gabi nang makorner nina Lt. Abarrientos sa Landicho St., Barangay Balasing, Sta. Maria, Bulacan ang akusado na residente ng Barangay Karuhatan  .

          Si alyas Jay-Jay ay binitbit ng mga tauhan ng WSS sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na inisyu ng Valenzuela City Regional Trial Court Branch 270 noong December 3, 2024, para sa kasong Lascivious Conduct under Section 5 of RA 7610, for service of sentence.

          Kasunod nito, alas-11:10 ng gabi nang matimbog din ng mga tauhan ni Col. Cayaban ang Chinese national na si alyas “Junqin”, 43, sa manhunt operation sa Derupa St., Barangay Maysan.

Si alyas Junqin, na nahaharap sa mga kaso sa ilalim ng RA 8293, Section 155 in relation to Section 170 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines), ay dinakip sa bisa ng warrant of arrrest na inilabas ng Valenzuela City RTC Branch 75 nitong February 13, 2025 na may inirekomendang piyansa na P30,000 para sa kanyang pansamantalang paglaya.
