Fernando ang dalawang Plake ng Pagkilala ng Lalawigan ng Bulacan sa pagiging “Top 1 among all provinces in Central Luzon for obtaining the Highest Nominal Locally Sourced Revenue of 3,237,800,946.86” at “Top 3 for obtaining a 12% Year on Year Growth in Locally Sourced Revenues” sa parehong taong 2021 na ibinigay ng Department of Finance-Bureau of Local Government Finance Region 3 sa Subic Grand Harbour Hotel, Subic, Zambales noong Hunyo 22, 2022.
