Sa Third LEDAC Meeting… PBBM, inaprubahan ang 21 PRIORITY LEGISLATIVE MEASURES, kabilang na ang ANTI-DYNASTY BILL

INAPRUBAHAN ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., araw ng Martes ang 21 priority measures sa isinagawang Third Legislative-Executive Development Advisory Council (LEDAC) full meeting ng 20th Congress na idinaos sa Palasyo ng Malakanyang.
Target na maipasa ang mga priority proposals sa buwan ng Hunyo, dinisenyo para paghusayin ang kalidad ng buhay para sa mga Filipino, i-enhance ang social protection, at i- promote ang transparency at accountability sa gobyerno.
“Sa naganap na LEDAC meeting kaninang umaga, binigyang-prayoridad ni Pangulong Marcos Jr. ang 21 priority legislations na makakatulong na maiangat ang pamumuhay ng taumbayan,” ang sinabi ni Presidential Communications Office (PCO) Undersecretary at Palace Press Officer Claire Castro sa press briefing sa Palasyo ng Malakanyang.
“Sa kabuuan, natuwa at kuntento naman ang Pangulo sa mga priority bills na inaasahang maipapasa bago mag-Hunyo ngayong taon,” aniya pa rin.
Kabilang sa mga priority proposals ang Travel Tax Abolition; Expanded Anti-Online Sexual Abuse or Exploitation of Children and Anti-Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation Materials Act of 2026; Anti-Fake News and Digital Disinformation; at maging ang Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) Elections.
Ang iba pang priority legislative measures ay kinabibilangan ng Anti-Political Dynasty Law; Citizen Access and Disclosure of Expenditures for National Accountability or CADENA Act; Independent People’s Commission Act; at Party-List System Reform Act.
Ang natitirang priority proposed laws ay ang Amendments to the Bank Deposits Secrecy Law/ Banking Reform for Integrity, Good Governance, Honesty, and Transparency (BRIGHT) Act; Right to Information Act; Amendments to the Coconut Farmers and Industry Trust Fund Act;Amendments to the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) Act; Amendments to the Masustansyang Pagkain Para Sa Batang Pilipino Act; Amendments to the Government Assistance to Students and Teachers in Private Education (GASTPE) Act; Classroom-Building Acceleration Program (CAP) Act; at National Center for Geriatric Health.
Kabilang din sa priority legislations ay ang Waste-to-Energy (WTE) Bill/Waste Treatment Technology Act; Amendments to the Electric Power Industry Reform Act (EPIRA)-Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) Strengthening Bill; Amendments to the Rice Tariffication Law/Rice Industry and Consumer Empowerment (RICE) Act; Department of Water Resources; at Estate Tax Amnesty.
