NAVOTAS SCHOLARS TUMANGGAP NG ALLOWANCE

TUMANGGAP ang academic scholars ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Navotas ng kanilang allowance para sa March hanggang June 2021.

Nasa 62 beneficiaries ng NavotaAs Academic Scholarship ang nakatanggap ng P4,000-P20,800 educational assistance. 55 dito ang high school students, dalawa ang college, at lima ang teachers.

“Metro Manila will be under Enhanced Community Quarantine starting August 6. We hope the amount they received will help tide their families over the next two weeks,” ani Mayor Toby Tiangco.

“This school year has been tough to our students and teachers, and we are grateful to our scholars for pushing through the hardships. While we cannot yet see the end of this pandemic, we will continue to persevere and do our utmost to keep Navoteños safe,” dagdag niya.

Ang High school academic scholars ay tumatanggap ng P18,000 bawat academic year para sa libro, transportation at food allowance.

Ang Navotas Polytechnic scholars naman ay tumatanggap ng P22,000 bawat academic year para sa tuition, mga libro, transportation at food. Ang Scholars ng ibang colleges o universities ay nakatanggap pareho ng P262,000.

Habang ang teacher scholars ay tumatanggap ng P75,000 bawat academic year para sa kanilang tuition; libro, transportation, food allowance; at research grant. (Richard Mesa)
