Navotas, may 35 bagong scholars

MINARKAHAN ng Lungsod ng Navotas ang ika-18 Cityhood Anniversary nito sa pamamagitan ng paglagda sa isang Memorandum of Agreement, kasama ang 35 bagong scholars nito.

Pormal na ginawa ni Mayor John Rey Tiangco ang scholarship grants para sa School Year 2025–2026 sa isang ceremonial MOA signing kasama ang bagong batch ng NavotaAs scholars.

Kabilang sa grupo ang 15 high school scholars, pitong qualified para sa Navotas Polytechnic College, isang merit awardee, dalawa sa ilalim ng teacher scholarship program, at 10 beneficiaries ng Ulirang Pamilyang Mangingisda Scholarship.

“More than just financial aid, what we aim to give is hope,” ani Mayor Tiangco.

“We believe education is a tool for success and a key that opens the door to your dreams. This MOA is not just a contract—it’s a shared vision for a Navotas with more professionals, empowered youth ready to lead and serve, and families with the means to thrive,” dagdag niya.
