Kinumpirma ng AFP ang P350 increase sa 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) at ipatutupad ito

KAISA si Deputy David “Jay-jay” Suarez ng Quezon sa pagkondena ng Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) sa maling ulat na ibinasura ng gobyerno ang dagdag na daily subsistence allowance ng mga sundalo.

Ayon sa mambabatas, isa itong malinaw na pangloloko upang linlangin ang mga sundalo at publiko.

Iginiit nito na nananatiling nakatuon ang Pangulo at Kamara na labanan ang fake news at siguruhing maibibigay ang buong suporta sa mga sundalo.

“We won’t let lies undermine our soldiers. The funding is secured, the commitment is strong, and they will get what they deserve,” ani Suarez.

Kung matatandaan aniya, matapos ang kautusan ng Pangulong Marcos ay isinulong ni Speaker Romualdez na maisama ang pagtaas sa daily subsistence allowance ng mga sundalo mula P150 sa P350 o P10,500 kada buwan sa national budget ngayon taon.

Nanawagan naman ang militar sa mga sundalo at publiko na kunin ang impormasyon sa official announcements mula sa pamahalaan.

“Enough of this budol! Our soldiers risk their lives every day. They deserve respect, not lies meant to confuse and demoralize them. The budget is there. The law is clear. The funding is secured. This will be implemented—no amount of fake news can change that,” anang kongresista. (Vina de Guzman)
