Inaambahan ng Duterte Youth Party-List Impeachment vs. PBBM

INAAMBAHAN ng Duterte Youth Party-List ng kasong impeachment si Pangulong Bongbong Marcos sa Kamara.

Sa isang press release, maghahain sana sina dating Undersec. Ronald  Cardema at dating   Duterte Youth Party-List Rep. Marie Cardema sa opisina ni House Sec.Gen’s Office.

Ang reklamo na inindorso ng  Duterte Youth Party-List, nagtungo ang dalawang Cardema sa kamara upang ihain  ang impeachment complaint laban kay Presidente Ferdinand Marcos Jr. dahil sa  pagpayag nito na mailipat si dating Presidente Rodrigo Duterte, na isang Pinoy sa dayuhan.

Ayon sa  Rules of Procedure in Impeachment Proceedings, Rule 2 Section 3.

 “A verified complaint for impeachment by a member of the House or by any citizen upon a resolution of endorsement by any Member thereof shall be filed with the OFFICE of the Secretary-General and immediately referred to the Speaker.”

Habang isinusulat ang balita, sinabihan sila ng staff members ng office of the Sec.Gen na tanging si is  Sec.Gen, na wala sa loob ng kanyang tanggapan, ang maaaring tumanggap ng reklamo at hindi sila. (Vina de Guzman)
