Grateful dahil sixteen years nang Kapuso… HEART, nag-panic at umiyak nang malamang mamumuno ng SSFI

SIXTEEN years na palang Kapuso si Heart Evangelista.

Sobrang grateful nga siya sa muling pagoirma ng exclusive contract sa GMA Network.

Sa guesting ng Kapuso actress sa “Fast Talk With Boy Abunda” last July 29, inamin niya na, “I’ve been through so much with GMA. Sobrang dami kong pinagdaanan, and you know noong dumating ako sa GMA, I’m really in a bad state of mind. I was heart broken. I felt I have nowhere to go. And they really gave me an opportunity.

“That was the one biggest contracts I signed in my life and I’m so grateful.”

Inamin din ni Heart ang naramdaman nang malamang siya ang mamumuno ng Senate Spouses Foundation Inc. (SPFI).

Automatic ito, matapos ngang maluklok ang kanyang asawang si Sen. Chiz Escudero bilang bagong Senate President, na kapalit ni Sen. Migz Zubiri.

“I didn’t know that I had a role or whatsoever that it was just you know, all of a sudden you have to head this and that.

“Umiyak ako, na-upset ako nang konti,” sagot ni Heart

“Nag-panic talaga ako kasi alam ko na you know anything you associate yourself with that, you’ll get bashed. I’m afraid of that so I tried to shy away.

“But the honest truth, I love it so much because I do my own thing. Meron akong mga ginagawa para you know, points ko sa heaven ay mas importante.

“So, I’m very silent. And I’m very sensitive about questioning my sincerity.”

Dagdag pa ng international fashion icon, “I’m also very lucky that I worked with wonderful companies in the past that are all out in supporting my projects.

“So talaga parang feeling ko I have a purpose. I’m not sure how long I have but I will do my best and I love working.

“With this platform, I’m able to do so much with other senate spouses.”

Magpo-focus ang SSFI sa iba’t ibang isyu ng mga kabataan at kababaihan kasabay ng pagsusulong sa mga “small infrastructure projects” na sinimulan ng mga dating head ng grupo.
