Disney-Pixar Reveals the Magical Teaser Trailer of ‘LUCA‘

LAST year, Onward and Soul was released by Disney and Pixar and now the animation company is giving us something new in time for Summer 2021.

The coming-of-age animation is directed by Enrico Casarosa, director of Pixar’s 2011 Oscar®-nominated short “La Luna” and produced by Andrea Warren (“Lava”, “Cars 3”).

Luca is set in the Italian Riviera in a seaside town. It follows the story of a young boy’s adventures with his newfound best friend. The waters hold a secret that may threaten their summer: they are actually sea monsters from another world!

Luca features a voice cast that includes Jacob Tremblay (“Room,” “Wonder”) as 13-year old Luca, the titular character. It also has Jack Dylan Grazer (“We Are Who We Are,” “Shazam”), Emma Berman, Maya Rudolph (“Bridesmaids”), Marco Barricelli, and Jim Gaffigan (“The Pale Tourist,” “Troop Zero”).
