Blu Girls dapat nang maghanda para sa 2022 Asiad – Altomonte

NAKATAKDA na sa Setyembre 10-25, 2022 ang 19th Asian Games sa Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China.

Kaya gusto na ng dating national women’s softball team skipper, catcher at bagong nombrang secretary general ng Amateur Softball Association of the Philippines (ASA-Phil) na pabalikin na sa pag-eensayo ang Philippine Blu Girls.

“The national team does not have a major tournament because softball is not included in the Hanoi 2021 SEA Games, so the team will focus instead for next year’s major tournament which is the Asian Games,” esplika kahapon ng 27-anyos at nasa Blu Girls noong 2013-19 na si Francesca ‘Cheska’ Altomonte.

Pinangwakas na wika pa ng miyembro ng PH clouters na naka-gold medal sa 30th Southeast Asian Games Philippines 2019 bago nagretiro, na kailangang simulant na aniya na ang training ngayong taon sa kabila na mabigat pa rin ang hatid ng Coronavirus Disease 2019. (REC)
