Dulot ng kaguluhan sa Middle East… “Bayanihan 3” binabalangkas ng Kamara bilang tugon sa walang tigil na pagtaas ng presyo ng langis

KASALUKUYANG binabalangkas ng House of Representatives ang panukalang “Bayanihan 3” bilang tugon sa walang tigil na pagtaas ng presyo ng langis dulot ng kaguluhan sa Middle East.
Ayon kay House Committee on Ways and Means chairman at Marikina City Rep. Miro Quimbo, ang Bayanihan 3 ay binabalangkas ng mga mambabatas sa pamumuno at direksyon ni Speaker Faustino “Bojie” G. Dy III na nagsabing mag-focus sa mga hakbangin na matulungan ang mga naapektuhan bukod sa pagbibigay ng ayuda.

“The pandemic was really worse as far as we’re concerned because napaka-indeterminable noong sitwasyon. Hindi natin alam kung magkakagamot, magkakabakuna, gaano ba katagal na masu-sustain. Ang Bayanihan 3 ay bubuuin ng mga mambabatas na miembro ng House committees ng Energy, Agriculture and Food, Aquaculture and Fisheries, Foreign Affairs, Ways and Means, Labor, Transportation, Information and Communications Technology, Economic Affairs, Social Services, Trade and Industry, Overseas Workers Affairs, and Appropriations.
“We have not talked about the entire concept of what will be the outcome, pero ako, in reality, this is Bayanihan 3. If there’s a key objective here is for Congress to hammer out Bayanihan 3,” Quimbo said during a virtual press briefing.
Naunang nabuo ang Bayanihan 1 at 2 o kilalang Bayanihan to Heal as One Act at Bayanihan to Recover as One Act sa kasagsagan ng COVID-19 pandemic. Parehong nakatuon ang programa sa mga large-scale subsidy programs habang nakatigil ang takbo ng ekonomiya dulot ng lockdown.
