HAPPY na nag-share si Heart Evangelista ng six favorite Tagalog words niya during sa cover shoot ng Harper’s Bazaar Singapore.
Sa IG ng naturang mag, pinost ang video ni Heart na parang tinuturo sa kausap niya ang ilang Tagalog words. Una rito ay ang “Charot.”
“Charot, meaning like C-H-A-R-A-U-G-H-T, like it’s more saucy. The meaning of this is more like just kidding or whatever, so we use this a lot. It’s a very funny word.”
Sunod ay “Kilig”: “Basically, when you see someone, like if you see your favorite K-pop star, or when you see your crush, ‘Oh my gosh, ‘I’m so kilig,’ like that.”
Pangatlo ay “Nakakapagpabagabag”: “So nakakapagpabagabag is like, it’s bothersome, or ‘I’m bothered’”
Pang-apat ay “Ayoko na”: “It means I don’t want. You can also use it like ayoko na, meaning I cannot anymore.”
The fifth and sixth ones are “Grabe” and “Kaloka”: “Grabe, it’s like extremezYou can use it all the time, like, ‘Grabe, it’s so hot.’ Kaloka as an expression you can use to describe an extreme or crazy-like situation.”
