Opisyal at tauhan ng DepEd, makatatanggap ng P3K anniversary bonus

MAKATATANGGAP ang mga kuwalipikadong opisyal at tauhan  ng  Department of Education (DepEd) ng tig- P3,000 kada isa sa pagdiriwang ng ahensiya ng ika-125 taong anibersaryo ng departamento. 

Gaya ng nakasaad sa department order na naka-post sa DepEd website, araw ng Martes, Hunyo 20, inaprubahan ni Vice President at Secretary Sara Z. Duterte ang pagbibigay ng anniversary bonus sa lahat ng opisyal at empleyado ng  DepEd  na nagbigay ng “least one year of service” sa departamento.

Ang DepEd No. 11 s. of 2023 o  Policy on the Grant of the Anniversary Bonus sa DepEd ay nilagdaan ni Duterte noong Hunyo 19.

Tinukoy ang Administrative Order No. 322, ipinalabas ni dating Pangulong Fidel Ramos, ang founding anniversary ng DepEd ay Hunyo 23.

Ito ayon sa ahensiya ay “basis in determining the milestone year of the Department for the purpose of granting the anniversary bonus to its officials and employees.”

Ang paliwanag ng DepEd, ang anniversary bonus ay “granted” sa mga opisyal at empleyado ng ahensiya ng pamahalaan ukol sa Milestone Years ng departamento.

“Milestone years are defined as the 15th anniversary of the government agency and every 5th year thereafter,” ayon sa DepEd.

Samantala,  ang bilang  ng milestone years “shall start from the year the government agency was created regardless of whether it was subsequently renamed or reorganized provided that its original primary functions have not substantially changed.”

Kaugnay nito, sinabi ng DepEd na ang newly-issued order ay magiging epektibo simula Fiscal Year 2023 and succeeding milestone years “unless otherwise repealed, rescinded or modified accordingly.” (Daris Jose)
