Wish ni PBBM, koronasyon ni King Charles makapagdadala ng kapayapaan kasaganaan at progreso sa UK, Commonwealth

WISH ni Pangulong Ferdinand  Marcos Jr. na ang koronasyon ng Kanyang Kamahalan King Charles III ay nangangahulugan ng kapayapaan at kasaganaan para sa  United Kingdom at Commonwealth.

Si Pangulong Marcos ay kabilang sa mga  heads of states na dumalo sa koronasyon ni King Charles III at Kanyang Kamahalan  Queen Camilla sa Westminster Abbey sa nito lamang Mayo 6.

“It was as grand and magnificent a ceremony as could have been, full of symbolism and weighted by history. It was a great honor for me to represent the Philippines on such a historic occasion,” ayon kay Pangulong Marcos  sa isang kalatas.

“Filipinos wish His Majesty King Charles III a long and happy reign. May his Coronation signify the start of a new chapter of peace, progress, and prosperity for the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth,” dagdag na pahayag nito.

Winika pa ng Chief Executive  na napag-usapan nila ang kanyang ina na si dating Unang GInang Imelda Marcos.

“He asked after his friend, my mother, former First Lady Imelda Marcos, and recounted fond memories of the time they shared together,” ayon sa Punong Ehekutibo.

Sa gitna ng koronasyon, binigyang diin ng Pangulo ang  “thriving relationship”  sa pagitan ng Pilipinas at  UK.

“We underscore the thriving relationship between the Philippines and the United Kingdom, which has been promising in increasing trade, investment, and cultural exchanges for the Filipino people,” ayon sa Pangulo. (Daris Jose)
