41% ng mga Pinoy ang sumusuporta sa impeachment ni VP Sara HINDI ikinasorpresa ng ilang mambabatas ang lumabas na survey na sumusuporta sa impechment complaint laban kay Bise Presidente Sara Duterte.

Reaksyon ito nina House Assistant Majority Leader ayt Zambales Rep. Jay Khonghun at Deputy Majority Leader at La Union Rep. Paolo Ortega V sa pinakabagong  Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey na 41% ng mga Pinoy ang sumusuporta sa impeachment.

Ayon sa mga mambabatas, inilalarawan lamang umano ng survey ang public outrage sa umano’y mismanagement ng P612.5 milyong confidential funds na nakalaan sa Office of the Vice President (OVP) at Department of Education (DepEd) habang naninilbihan bilang kalihim ang VP.

“The numbers don’t lie. The public is demanding accountability, and this survey reflects their growing frustration over the glaring irregularities surrounding the Vice President’s actions,” ani Khonghun.

Ang survey, na isinagawa ng Dec. 12 at 18, 2024, ay nagpapakita na 41% ng mga pinoy ang sumusuporta sa impeachment, habang 35% ang ayaw at 19% ang undecided.

Tatlong impeachment complaints laban kay Duterte ang  inihain sa Kamara dahil sq akusasyon ng gross incompetence, betrayal of public trust at deliberate misuse of public funds.  (Vina de Guzman)
